I come from Brazil, a warm culture, full of smiles and hugs. I started my professional experience 20 years ago. Working for airlines, from being a call center and an airport agent in Brazil to an international trainee in Germany and a strategy & new business manager in USA.

Aviation taught me the value of service excellence and how special is to work direct with customers, truly having the opportunity to put the customer at the center of the business and being recognized as an employee.

Moving forward, today, I live in Stuttgart for the past 4 years, where my current experience is mostly at the automobile industry. An industry that showed me the challenge of working with customer experience strategy in a product-centric culture slowly transitioning towards a customer-centric mindset where customer relationship is often intermediated by third-parties.

These experiences motivated me to share the magic of an unique customer experience focusing on a human-to-human experience, inside and outside the corporate environment. Especially now. In this new reality.
